Karlyn Borysenko, PhD is the force behind Zen Workplace. An organizational psychologist and executive/performance coach, she helps individuals find greater happiness and fulfillment in their professional lives, and works with organizations to help create amazing environments for their teams that drive productivity. 

Karlyn's approach is grounded in organizational and positive psychology, and mindfulness techniques applied in a highly practical way. She holds an MBA and a PhD in Psychology, is an experienced trainer and facilitator, author, and award-winning speaker. She is based in the greater Boston area and serves clients all over the world.

WEBINAR VERSUS MASTERCLASS

Repeat after me: A webinar and a masterclass are not the same thing! Yes they're both delivered virtually so you can attend from anywhere in the world, but there are a few key differences: 

• In a webinar, you'll sit back and watch a presentation on a topic. The recording might be just as good as the live show. In a masterclass, you participate actively in the experience, so you'll want to block your calendar to be there as it's happening.
• In a webinar, you might chat in to participate in the discussion. In a masterclass, you'll have the option to be live on your webcam, and will be able to see an engage with other participants around the world. 
• A webinar might provide some really valuable content, but it's usually pretty generic. When you sign up for this masterclass, you'll answer a few questions about your team to help the host tailor the content specifically to your needs.
